Ingredients
- Epoxy resin (two-part)
- Hardener
- Silicone mold for coasters
- Mixing cups and sticks
- Alcohol inks in sunset colors (orange, pink, yellow)
- Gloves
- Heat gun or torch
- Protective surface covering
Instructions
- Prepare your workspace by covering surfaces with disposable sheets.
- Put on your gloves to protect your hands from the resin.
- Measure the resin and hardener according to the kit’s instructions.
- Mix the resin and hardener gently in a cup.
- Divide the resin mixture into several cups if you wish to add different colors.
- Add alcohol inks to each cup and stir.
- Pour the colors into the silicone mold, starting with the lightest shade.
- Use a heat gun or torch to pop any bubbles.
- Let the resin cure as per the product instructions.
- Remove the coaster from the mold after it has fully cured.
Notes
To keep your coaster vibrant, wash with mild soap and warm water. Avoid soaking and store in a cool, dry place.
