Craft beautiful snowy shapes using baking soda and water, a calming DIY project perfect for winter.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of baking soda
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • Mixing bowl
  • Measuring cups
  • Silicone molds or cookie cutters
  • Baking sheet
  • Spoon or spatula

Instructions

  1. Measure 1 cup of baking soda and pour it into the mixing bowl.
  2. Slowly add 1/2 cup of water, observing how it interacts with the baking soda.
  3. Stir the mixture until it forms a thick paste.
  4. Place silicone molds or cookie cutters on the baking sheet.
  5. Spoon the baking soda mixture into each mold, pressing gently.
  6. Set the baking sheet aside in a warm, dry space to let the shapes dry for at least 24 hours.
  7. After drying, pop the shapes out of the molds.
  8. Admire and enjoy your creations.

Notes
