- 1 cup baking soda
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
- Essential oils (your choice)
- Food coloring (optional)
- Mixing bowl

- Cookie cutters

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine one cup of baking soda and a half cup of cornstarch.
- Slowly add in a half cup of water, stirring gently to achieve a dough-like consistency.
- If desired, add a few drops of essential oils.
- If you wish for a splash of color, incorporate food coloring into the dough.
- Once your dough is ready, dust a clean surface with a little cornstarch to prevent sticking.
- Roll the dough out with a rolling pin to about half an inch thick.
- Use cookie cutters to create your desired shapes.
- Place the stones on a baking sheet.
- If using direct heat, bake at a low temperature for a few hours or allow to air dry for 24-48 hours.
- Once dry, reinforce the scents by adding a few more drops of essential oil to the stones.
Notes
Store in a cool, dry place when not in use. Refresh with essential oil as needed.
