Ingredients

  • Liquid soap (like dish soap or hand soap)
  • Water
  • Food coloring (or liquid watercolors)
  • A mixing bowl
  • A whisk or electric mixer (optional)
  • A shallow dish for display

Instructions

  1. Begin by pouring the desired amount of liquid soap into your mixing bowl.
  2. Add an equal amount of water to the soap and gently mix them together.
  3. Introduce a few drops of food coloring into the mixture.
  4. Using a whisk or electric mixer, beat the mixture until bubbles form and the foam begins to expand.
  5. Once you have a bowl full of swirled, bubbly foam, transfer it to a shallow dish for display.

Notes

For longer-lasting foam, store it in an airtight container. You can remix it with water to rejuvenate its texture.
