Ingredients

  • Fresh or dried flowers (your favorites)
  • Oil (light mineral oil, sweet almond oil, or olive oil)
  • Clear glass jars or bottles
  • Tweezers
  • Small funnel (optional)
  • A soft cloth

Instructions

  1. Begin by selecting your flowers. Look for vibrant blooms with soft textures.
  2. If using fresh flowers, gently wash and dry them to remove any dirt or excess moisture.
  3. Prepare your jars by ensuring they are clean and dry.
  4. Using tweezers, place the flowers carefully in the jar.
  5. Slowly pour the oil into the jar, filling it until the flowers are completely submerged.
  6. If desired, use a small funnel to make this step easier.
  7. After filling, seal the jar tightly.
  8. Store your jars in a cool, dark place for at least a week.
  9. After a week, admire your creation.
  10. Use the preserved flowers in oil as decor, gifts, or in craft projects.

Notes

Keep away from direct sunlight to maintain vibrancy; check regularly for spoilage.
