Ingredients
- Clear plastic or glass suncatcher base
- Tissue paper in bright colors
- PVA glue or Mod Podge
- Paintbrush

Instructions
- Start by cutting your tissue paper into small squares or strips.
- Take your clear plastic or glass base and lay it flat on your workspace.
- Using your brush, apply a layer of glue onto a small section of the base.
- Gently place the tissue paper pieces onto the glued area, overlapping them slightly.
- Continue this process until the entire base is covered.
- Once completed, allow your suncatcher to dry completely.
- If desired, add outlines or details with a black marker or paint.
- Finally, attach a piece of wire or string at the top for hanging.
