Craft a beautiful suncatcher using paper rolls and flower petals, inviting light and color into your space.

Ingredients

  • Paper rolls (toilet paper or paper towels)
  • Scissors
  • Clear glue or a glue stick
  • Flower petals (real or cut from floral paper)
  • Clear plastic wrap or contact paper (optional)
  • A craft knife (for adults)
  • A pen or marker

Instructions

  1. Begin by cutting your paper rolls into 2-inch sections, using scissors to create equal rings.
  2. Choose the flower petals or materials you want to use, arranging them on a flat surface.
  3. Apply glue to one side of a paper roll ring, then press it onto your chosen petals, allowing the texture to show through.
  4. If desired, cover the flower side with clear plastic wrap or contact paper to create a protective layer.
  5. Repeat with additional rings and flowers until you achieve your desired design.
  6. Once finished, attach a piece of string or twine to the top of your suncatcher for hanging.
  7. Find a sunny window or space to display your suncatcher, and enjoy how it catches the light.

Notes

Store the suncatcher in a cool, dry place when not on display. Wrap it carefully to prevent damage.
