Ingredients
Cornstarch
Water
Baking sheet
Heart-shaped cookie cutters
Non-stick cooking spray
Food coloring (optional)
Optional decorative elements like glitter or dried flowers
Instructions
Begin by combining the cornstarch and water in a bowl until you achieve a smooth, malleable dough.
Take your baking sheet and lightly spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
Use cookie cutters to press out heart shapes from the dough, placing each piece carefully on the prepared baking sheet.
If you want to add color, mix a few drops of food coloring into the dough before rolling it out.
Preheat your oven to a low setting—around 175°F (80°C)—and place your baking sheet inside. Allow the shapes to dry for approximately 120 to 180 minutes.
Once dried, gently remove the shapes from the baking sheet.
To personalize your creation, consider applying glitter or embedding small, dried flowers into the top of the hearts.
Notes
Store the creations in a cool, dry place to preserve their beauty. These pieces can also serve as heartfelt gifts.
