  • A bowl and measuring cup for mixing

Instructions

  1. Gather your supplies and make a small bowl of the filling.
  2. Take a calm breath. Measure about one to one and a half cups of cornstarch or fine flour.
  3. Stretch the balloon gently to warm it.
