Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine one cup of baking soda with half a cup of white vinegar and notice the fizz.
  2. Add food coloring if desired, and stir gently.
  3. Transfer the mixture into the heart-shaped mold, pressing it down gently.
  4. Allow the mixture to sit for about 24 hours for crystals to form.
  5. After a full day, carefully remove the heart from the mold and admire your creation.
